The Labour Party’s candidate, Obi, has challenged Bola Tinubu’s election as president-elect of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in court after rejecting the outcome.

Ekpa chastised Lai Mohammed, the information minister, in a letter to the UNGA that was obtained by our team for “lying” about the elections.

Using threats of penalties, he said that the office has been “junketing…telling lies and calling for a ban on all fund-raising activities of the indigenous people of Biafra.”

Little did he reveal to the world that Tinubu, the candidate of the incumbent APC, had won the election despite Mr. Peter Obi of the LP winning the presidential race.

Even the UN has acknowledged, according to Ekpa, that the general elections “revealed ethnic, religious, and demographic fault lines in Nigeria”.

According to him, the viewpoint somehow embodies Nigeria’s dilemma, which requires an immediate solution via a referendum.

Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, Obi’s running partner, claimed there were electoral irregularities, and according to Ekpa, Mohammed “slammed a N5 million fine on the television station through his broadcasting commission.”

The separatist claimed that Obi beat Tinubu in the Lagos State election despite the disenfranchisement of “Biafra people living in Lagos”.

“State-sponsored political thugs went on the rampage, destroying the shops and the marketplaces where the Biafra people predominate.

“Another market where Eastern (Biafra) people do business was torched in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno.

A coalition of government security forces and jihadist Fulani herders waging economic jihad has almost all major marketplaces destroyed.

Ekpa informed the UN that although burnings of houses, marketplaces, and churches are being carried out by government-sponsored terrorists and arsonists wearing state uniforms, murders continue.

He claimed on Eastern Security Network, ESN, that the organization was founded against “state-sponsored terrorists’ herdsmen and their accomplices in the military” and was made up of voluntary indigenous youngsters.
